Evergreen Residential and Commercial Properties

Bill Downes

I have lived in the Evergreen community for many years. My wife and I love the active outdoor life that living in Evergreen allows. We are both active in the Mountain Area Land Trust. This organization was started by citizens who are concerned with the loss of wild lands and open forests to developers. MALT has saved thousands of acres from development, thus preserving the land to ensure enjoyment of these foothills and mountains for generations to come!

Giving my clients current and accurate information is #1 to me, so I continue to educate myself. I have recently been accepted as a candidate for the Graduate Realtor Institute program, a continuing education program through the National Association of Realtors.

Whether you are moving to Evergreen and buying a new home or selling your existing home, I will provide you with expertise, experience and integrity. I know that selling or buying a home can be both an exciting and stressful experience. I will work to help you attain your real estate goals while giving you peace of mind.

I know the foothills communities' real estate market, both residential and commercial. In addition to my years of residential real estate experience, in 1989 I founded Evergreen Commercial Properties. My years of experience in property management give me an in- depth perspective on the market that is uncommon among most realtors.

Please look through my website. There are links to community and school information that you will find helpful. You will also find information on my "Featured Properties", both residential and commercial. I have access to all properties on the market in the Foothills and Denver. Please e-mail me or call me so that I may help you achieve your real estate dreams!

Sue Caicedo

Sue has lived in the Foothills community of Evergreen since 1996. A love of the outdoors and the beautiful Colorado Rocky Mountains makes Evergreen the perfect place for Sue to call home. Hiking and skiing are passions that are easily indulged while living in the Foothills.

Serving as Secretary of the Evergreen Rodeo Association has given her a unique insight into the heart of our community.

She has worked in real estate since moving to Evergreen. This experience has given Sue the background and ability to assist with a transaction from beginning to end.
